An intergalactic ride from our island rock, this skin contact coferment of island cider apple varietals & local table grapes, sourced from the Susol & Bishop families, is wild in the way that keeps you coming back for more. Our first foray into grapes – into the aether we go. Bottled method ancestrale, with nothing added, no filtration, and spontaneously fermented (as always).

Our wines are made by us – two chicks into fruit – right here on Orcas Island, in the same place we’ve been making preserves for ten years. We do all of it by hand, and it’s laborious, but so worth it. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
