The little queen. Stone fruit & skin contact. Orcas rooted fruit alight and a-sparkle with depth from spontaneously fermented skin-contact original planting heritage Bartlett pears. Co-fermented in stainless steel with apples, from trees old and new, Olga peaches & Crow Valley rhubarb and finished in neutral French oak barrels. 

Our wines are made by us – right here on Orcas Island, in the same place we’ve been making preserves for nearly ten years. We do all of it by hand, and it’s laborious, but so worth it. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
