A rolling co-ferment of orchard pomace rehydrated with pristine mineral-rich Orcas water. Fermented over the long winter and enlivened in spring with a pied de cuve of spring blossoms & Northwest honey. Bottled methode ancestrale for light, crushable bubbles. Refreshing as the island breezes that coaxed it.
Our wines are made by us – right here on Orcas Island, in the same place we’ve been making preserves for nearly ten years. We do all of it by hand, and it’s laborious, but so worth it. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
