Quince, Apple & Gamay Grape Sparkling Wine

Like the mythical garden of the Hesperides, rich with golden fruit and endless allure, this golden sparkling wine is a testament to the beauty of unexpected, but simple pairings. We co-fermented Oregon-grown quince and island Pink Pearl apples on Gamay grape skins sourced from Division Winery in Oregon’s Willamette Valley for 18 days to impart depth, structure, and nuanced tannins. The result, naturally effervescent pét-nat that strikes the perfect balance between bright acidity, delicate fruitiness, and just the right touch of residual sugar. Complex, refreshing, and captivating.

Our wines are made by us – two chicks into fruit – right here on Orcas Island, in the same place we’ve been making preserves for ten years. We do all of it by hand, and it’s laborious, but so worth it. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
